BusinessWeek's Karen E. Klein writes about a recent survey which found that employee issues and managing information technology were the top challenges faced by growth-oriented entrepreneurial companies.

I'm sure the survey uncovers a lot of what we all believe to be true. I'm just not sure that these two topics (employee issues and managing IT) aren't the top challenges faced by all kinds of companies.
